This Privacy Policy applies to the Triberule mobile application ("Triberule", "we", "our"), published on Google Play and the App Store under the name Triberule. Triberule helps customers publish home-service requests and helps workers respond to those requests. This Privacy Policy explains what information Triberule collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect may include your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, address, account role, profile photo, worker profile information, uploaded documents, service requests, photos attached to requests, support messages, chat messages, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to create and protect accounts, authenticate users, publish announcements, match customers with workers, support conversations, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Triberule does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, and support the app, or when required by law.

Users can update profile information in the app. Users can also delete their account from the Profile screen. Account deletion removes the account and associated personal data from Triberule records unless we are legally required to keep limited records.
